My credit card has been charged. I have yet to receive the email with full download/install instructions. NONE of the customer support from the H&R Block website is helpful; NONE.
I need to talk with an actual person to resolve this issue before asking for a full refund.

I tried to download 2023 Federal and State tax package. I got an activation code and after payment but after I printed it out it returned to the payment page with the all the blocks in red. So I tried to go back and get it to a place where i could download. Basically I went thru the whole process again and now I have a second activation code which tells me I likey have purchased two programs. Can you help- me cancel one and credit my Visa Card? Appreciate the help.
